We are seeking English language instructors to deliver classroom instructions to adult employees working in an oil field in Basra, Iraq. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering English language lessons. This is a 30/30 or 60/30 rotational position, with 30/60 days on site followed by 30 days off.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver English language lessons that are tailored to the employees' job roles and language learning needs.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques and materials to make lessons engaging and effective.
• Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback and support to help them achieve their language learning goals.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English language or TEFL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably with adult learners.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Citizenship of native-speaking English country.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on a rotational basis.
