CELS Indonesia is a training company that specializes in providing Corporate English language training.
Our team has over 10 years experience providing training throughout and outside Jakarta to a large variety of companies across a diverse range of industries. We provide general Business English classes, soft skills courses, IELTS/TOEFL preparation, one-on-one classes, conversation classes, workshops & seminars, social clubs.

We are offering a 6 to 12 months Full-time (in Jakarta,Indonesia) contract to the successful candidate, The ideal start date would be May-June 2023.

The recruitment team keeps a sharp eye out for those with great personalities working with students and colleagues. While we appreciate experience in trainers, a trainer who is fun and can make classes enjoyable and motivating for their students will set themselves apart from the rest.

Main Responsibilities
-23 contracted teaching hours per week / 40 working hours per week
-Class sizes average: 8-15 students
-Student ages: Mainly adult
-5 working days per week, 6 days availability
-Counseling students by providing constructive feedback
-Cooperate with Staff to ensure the constructive communication and efficient operation of the centre
-Participation in Workshops (internal and external), Social Clubs and Marketing Activities (Events, Presentation, Trial classes, Placement tests)
-Lesson planning, creating course outlines
-Assist in creating and updating syllabus and teaching materials
-Deliver classes in a professional and creative way

Requirements
-Citizens from UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia or Ireland (visa requirement)
-Bachelors degree or above
-Hold ESL teaching certificate (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA)
-Min. 5 years teaching experience required (Teaching English for Adults: Business English & International Exam Preparation preferred)
-Clean criminal record
-Highly responsible, team player with hard working ethics

*Indonesian Immigration Restrictions for Visa & Work Permit:
- Aged between 24 to 55 years old (visa requirement)
- Citizens of Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland (visa requirement)
- Full Covid-19 vaccination certificate (visa requirement)
