Hi everyone, we are looking for teachers for two schools in New Taipei City’s Xindian District. If you are looking for a new experience and an opportunity to grow your professional development in an international and vibrant environment, our schools welcome you to apply!

Package

• 650 to 700 NTD per hour starting rate (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
• A minimum of 20 teaching hours per week, guaranteed
• 3,000 NTD per month stipend for work done outside of the classroom
• Annual raises based on performance
• Annual contract completion bonuses and an additional 10,000 NTD bonus if you renew for a second year
• Class Return Rate Bonuses
• Class Size Bonuses (for classes with over 20 students)
• Optional Interest-Free Startup Loan (up to 30,000 NTD)
• Free training and assistance in finding housing provided upon arrival, with continued mentorship at your school
• A structured curriculum is provided for all classes, so you can plan effective lessons without second-guessing what needs to be taught
• ARC (Work Visa) Sponsorship

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an English-speaking country OR an Associate’s degree with a TEFL/TESOL certificate
• A clean criminal background check from your home country

Location

Xindian is a vibrant, but relatively relaxed area of New Taipei City with plenty of dining options and amenities close by. You’ll enjoy close proximity to hospitals, banks, and the MRT (subway) for easy and quick access to Taipei and the rest of New Taipei. Many hiking trails and parks, including the popular Bitan (“Green Lake”) scenic area are only a short distance away. Xindian is about 30 minutes from central Taipei and everything the city has to offer, but with lower rent.

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for teachers to join our experienced and growing team in our August/September semester. We offer stable hours, training, and continuing support for your growth as a teacher.

You will be teaching young students up to the age of 14 with experienced and friendly local co-teachers and working with teachers from around the world.
