ATTENTION ONLINE ESL TEACHERS
Are you an experienced ESL teacher with an energetic, lively personality? Are you looking for a stable part-time job that doesn't interfere with your normal daily routine? Are you interested in working from anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection?

English First LLC is currently seeking to fill several positions ASAP for online ESL instructors. Plus, because we are in severe need of teachers, we will pay you a $50 sign on bonus after you have completed 10 hours of classroom instruction.

POSITION DETAILS

• Enjoyable work teaching kids from 6 to 17, one-on-one

• Flexible schedule that you set (typically 10 to 20 hours per week)

• Repeating schedule with same students each week

• We supply all necessary teaching materials

• Typically early morning and late evening hours available EST

• All students speak at least basic English, 75% speak intermediate English or higher

• Compensation $16 per hour immediately + $1/hr Peak Time Bonus + $1/hr Punctuality Bonus

• Higher starting pay available for ultra-qualified and experienced candidates

• Pay increases to $22 as more classes are taught overall and each month

• $50 bonus paid after 10 hours of classroom instruction (in addition to normal compensation)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited US university

• One-Year or more online teaching experience

• Quiet and inviting classroom environment (real or virtual)

• Sufficient internet, hardware and peripherals for instruction on ClassIn platform

• Punctual and reliable class attendance

• Clear criminal record (background check performed)

• CELTA or TEFL certification preferred but not required

• US bank account or Wise (for payment purposes)
